Classes will be a slowed-down version of a traditional led class to accommodate all levels with modifications. Bring a mat or message me if you will need one.

My Story

I first encountered yoga in the early 90’s and after committing to a regular practice some 6 years ago, I recently trained to teach with JOHN SCOTT YOGA qualifying with a 200hr TT. I am YOGA ALLIANCE REGISTERED and love sharing this wonderful practice. I am a great believer in consistency being the key, and would encourage self practice of ANY yoga as a way of life.


Hopefully these classes will go some way to foster a self confidence in doing just that.
